Both your good/bad points are all almost exactly what happened in the movie. I completely agree that the scene(s) where John found out that Terminators now looked human were ridiculous. Really, you don't remember being hunted by human looking Terminators earlier in your life? No recollection of that? None? Really? Wow, did you go back in time to write this post?
